Delivery Schedule As long as the item is in stock we deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order the same working day as you have placed the order, however please allow 2- 3 business days for 1st class delivery, unless you choose special delivery where it will be delivered the next working day. International orders are generally received in 10 working days. We will notify you of any delays in shipping, such as goods not in stock.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We do not offer refunds on wigs that have had their security tags removed. For online purchases the customer has the right to return an order up to 7 working days after the receipt of the goods. However, we do not accept returns of underwear or legwear, ie tights.
In these circumstances a full refund, minus the cost for the postage, will be credited, once we receive the goods, which should be returned within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
