We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Delivery Schedule As long as the item is in stock we deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days, unless you choose special delivery. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. We will notify you of any delays in shipping, such as goods not in stock.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We do not offer refunds on wigs that have had their security tags removed. For online purchases the customer has the right to return an order up to 7 working days after the receipt of the goods. However, we do not accept returns of underwear or legwear, ie tights.
In these circumstances a full refund, minus the cost for the postage, will be credited, once we receive the goods, which should be returned within 14 days of receipt.
PLEASE NOT ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING AND HANDLING CHARGE.
All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
